EDIT: Spoke with James the owner and we clarified and resolved our issues. He was professional and courteous and apologized for the chaos over a simple issue. He gave a phone number to contact if there is ever another parking issue. Would recommend talking to him if you have any issues so that they can get resolved quicker.
This is probably the WORST experience I have ever had with a renting property. They refuse to uphold their end of the lease and do not respond promptly. Holly also lied and hung up in me when I was trying to ask why they were not upholding their end of a parking lease correctly. I am still waiting to hear back from them so we can resolve this issue. She also tried to make a tenant feel bad about their lack of action to resolve a parking issue clearly stated in the lease. Long story short someone parked in the tenants spot the tenant reached out during after hours to get it resolved and they waited until they were back in the office to email the tenant making the tenant feel bad for wanting the issue resolved. Holly also refused to give the tenant outside office hours/emergency number. Like WHAT? Every tenant should be given that number without them having to ask for it. That number should not be refused to be given out especially when a tenant needs to use that number when trying to deal with a current live issue.
I really hope they haven t taken advantage of their tenants in the past or take advantage of them in the future especially because they know they re college kids who tend to be new to the renting scene. Very disappointed and I expect more from a professional company.
