I called there first because I had an electronic issue with my vehicle. The gentleman who answered the phone and asked me what I was trying to do and I explained to him the situation. Not only did he offer me a better deal for the same price but also was very helpful and informative. Later that day, I continued to have the same electronic issue with my car so I went to Sound Waves off of 64. The gentleman I had spoken with earlier was helping another customer while assisting his coworker with his customer and answering the phone with prompt and excellent customer service. He asked me to give him a second and he would be right with me. I waited about 5 minutes and checked on my car to see if my electronic issue had cleared up and it had not. When I went back in, the gentleman excused himself from his customer real quick to see what I needed assistance with. I told him who I was and what issue I was having with my vehicle. He offered to take a look and assist me. This gentleman took time out of his busy schedule to not only HELP me but RESOLVE the issue with my vehicle as well. He is a dedicated, honest, customer oriented, and multitasking gentleman! I really appreciate him helping me out because I was very stressed and frustrated with my vehicle. I was so impressed with his customer service skills that not only did I comment him, but my friend did who I was on the phone with as well. I asked the gentleman if he was the manager because his knowledge base, friendliness, and professionalism shined so bright! This man will always have my business and I will refer all my friends to him with audio, stereo needs. Thank you so much, BUDDY BELL!
