I swim here, however as of late the pool is being used more for swimming lessons, reducing the pool to two lanes for regular swimmers. After being unable to complete a swim on three occasions due to the pool being too busy, I spoke to a manager. She said 'it's going to get worse'. She then told me I could come between 1-2 during the week as there are no lessons on then. A one hour window for a full fee paying member. I made a formal complaint asking for waterfront to consider this, and to provide a list of all lessons so we can avoid lessons where possible, but a month later, no response. Unsure of what I'm paying for.
