We stayed for the first time very nice hotel very friendly staf the only downfalls

The pool bar needs to learn their menu what is included with each iteam we had to read the the menu description to two separate poolside employee until they realize they had not given us what we ordered and the shuffleboard table has some sharp edges my wife cut her finger on it
other than that the Italian restaurant was very nice the bar on the second floor with the live music was very nice also

With that I still believe the Westin Woodlands deserve 5 stars

I recommend trying it out
