I was discharged from Royal Oak Beaumont in April ...

I was discharged from Royal Oak Beaumont in April of 2018. I could not go home due to my condition. I had nowhere to go! A lot of the nursing homes and rehab facilities in the area wouldn't accept me. I chose Cambridge East because it was close to my pastor's home. When I came to Cambridge East, I was welcomed at the door and shown to my room. I had a private room. The room was clean, linens were neat and it smelled fresh. The hospitality shown to me by the nurses and aides was impeccable. They really took me in as family. Never had any problems while I was in the facility. They respected me and my preferences. I ate my meals and took my meds when I wanted to. Some things I was diagnosed with confused me. The nursing staff and rehab team took the time to break things down for me. Really great place.
