The product arrived intact and with original HP seals. They also made the $ 100 coupon valid.
The invoice was promptly sent to the mail.
The only drawback is that I chose to have it sent through ESTAFETA and I was disappointed with their service, because although I ordered it with home delivery, they called me from the parcel to tell me that I would have to pick it up directly at the branch, because they were not currently making deliveries for where I live and I had to travel more than 70 km to pick it up.
