Everyone from doctors to nurses and even office support when you call are rude and abrupt. They act as if a family member has no right to ask questions. My uncle was taken there he had been off his insulin and was delusional when we tried asking questions of the doctors and nurses we were actually told"we don't have time for this we have other patients to discuss". WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON , THANK GOD HE WAS TRANSFERED. I WOULD DEAD DOG TO THAT HOSPITAL.Someone needs to remind these people they are not God's and they need to be "BOTHERED" with family members concerns . I gave them a 1 IF a negative number was possible that is what I would have given them.Do yourself a favor and avoid this hospital at all cost.Sherry sowers.
