Sill-TerHar Ford was awesome when it came to getting service on my vehicle. They were easy to get a hold of and schedule the appt. They followed up with me before the appt with a courtesy reminder. Martin, my service adviser, was timely in feedback about the work being evaluated and gave me options for getting the work done. The experience overall was excellent and i would recommend this dealer over Omera Ford any-day.
