The sales people were all very helpful when I was looking into buying an A3. I primarily dealt with two sales people, who both provided me with all the information I needed. During my first visit, I appreciated that they understood that I still wanted to look at other cars and didn't try to push me to buy the car at that moment like some other dealerships did. They also provided me with useful financing information, such as what my payment plan would look like depending on my credit score and APR. Another dealership (not Audi) refused to provide me this, only showing what my financing would be at 15%.

I purchased my A3 about a month after my first visit and am so far very happy with it. One very minor issue occurred with the licence plate brace (the piece of plastic that holds the licence plate) had cracked where the license plate screw was supposed to go. This had occurred before I bought my vehicle and was just something I had not noticed. I came back the next day and a sales rep tried to quickly fix it, but couldn't. He did provide me a service number to schedule an appointment.

With the exception of the minor issue license plate brace, my experience buying and test driving the car at Audi Bellevue was great.
