I called RCS at 3pm and Matt was at my house by 4:15. Matt C. Immediately saw the issue and made the necessary repairs. He, also, explained the steps needed for maintenance. Matt C was very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with RCS and Matt C. I would not hesitate to use RCS again for my garage door issues and request Matt C.
