I had an average experience with ULC Robotics. The website was easy to navigate and find information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took several attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did finally receive a response, it felt rushed and unhelpful. Overall, ULC Robotics is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement in their customer service department.
