I have been with iiNet for 14 years. Never wanted or needed to change my provider. I had a seamless transition to the NBN with help from iinet technical support. If I ever have to ring them (seldom) the person I have spoken to has been so helpful, polite, knowledgeable and even amusing! What's not to like. Yay, iiNet.
