BUYER BEWARE WORST PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING - had a great experience at first, then as time went on and the final deals came through I thought I'd give them another chance - HA! WRONG Ricki and Tim both have NO customer service, just tell you what you want to hear to get the money they're after. They literally wanted us to pay near $7000 for a 2001 Honda with over 200,000 miles racked up on it NOT TO MENTION $1500 down/$300 a month (which we did for over 6 months to prove good standing) then we went back SUCH A MISTAKE!!! put ANOTHER 2,000 down on a newer vehicle through their finance company with a payment around the same. The transmission was effected somehow from the prior owner which we didn't know in the beginning and the low rumble we felt while test driving was SUPPOSED to be from the "learnt transmission" that should "work itself out" but never did - now the car has huge problems. Hooked us line and sinker with a "warranty" that added $1200 to the price of the deal, unfortunately the car had just turned over 100,000 miles which wouldn't cover EVERYTHING - I'm totally OVER this entire situation and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Tim made sure to let me know how crazy I was before I left after I took the car back to the lot and just left it there! NOT PAYING FOR THEIR MISTAKE treat your customers a little better, follow through and maybe just maybe you'll get some business. They lost 3 customers that will never be back, not like they would want to deal with us anyway the only person that has ANY sense is the mechanic if that counts for anything.
