Charge you like magical monkeys in the Himalayas built your part. Don't deliver when promised won't take returns without charging you. Don't call you back when you're parts don't show up or even discount the parts for the inconvenience and money THEIR mistake cost you. Like any other customer service oriented bussiness would. I will go through a different dealer if ever forced not to just use aftermarket again.
Udate: 'the owner' responded saying they care about service and so on but when I went in to get these late costly parts. I was barely acknowledged and at no point has anyone ever even said sorry for the inconvenience. This place is the worst. Should have known when I walked in to a disgruntled customer art the counter on my first visit.
