Since Tony Carlucci took over as C.E.O. he is destroying the enjoyment that people age 21 and up (especially senior citizens) use to have when 2 Dogs was the C.E.O. Penny Grove has been cut in half and has hardly any of the slot machines that it used to have since this Tpny Carlucci took over. All new 1 cent slot machines with a minimum bet of 88 cents per bet and higher
have taken the place of the 1 cent machines that people used to be able to bet 20 cents per bet on. Very expensive betting at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs with very few pay outs.
All of the senior citizens that I've talked to there are currently finding better enjoyment of winnings by traveling by bus to The Sands in Bethlehem, PA and Mount Airy Casino in the Pocono Mountains, PA.
