Terrible service. Received a faulty product and immediately submitted a request to return the item but despite sending multiple emails I received no response for 3 weeks. Eventually I received an email and a replacement was sent which was a good gesture but because I had received no response I had to purchase an alternative from another vendor as I needed to use the item. I explained this to rubber monkey and it was agreed I would see send both products back in exchange for a refund however that was two weeks ago now and I still haven't received a refund. In short I would not recommend rubber monkey to anyone and I am now out of pocket $120.00
