No complaints about the cleanliness or staff, everyone was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Being in town for PAX East, they ran shuttle buses at various times throughout the day. Only downside was that whenever we planned to head back was always in between times they ran, where we had to walk in the cold to find a bus/T stop or wait for a few hours to get a shuttle. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to run buses more consistently throughout the day so this sort of situation doesn't happen to others. As far as the hotel itself though, everything was just fine.
