I want to like this place. I purchased a Groupon for a massage and use of the spa. Booking was cumbersome and took multiple attempts to create a profile, request an appointment and confirm that appointment. I called repeatedly with no answer, you must leave messages and wait for a return call. On the day of service, I found the place to be extremely disorganized. My experience was the opposite of relaxing. All in all, I got an adequate massage and did not use the facilities. They don't seem to limit number of patrons. I came out of my massage the lobby was full of people and it was quite chaotic. I got a quick walk through at my request. There was no locker space nor room to undress with 9 other bodies in such small quarters, at that point it was just easier to go home and relax than force the situation. I may attempt this again but currently my only reason for returning is on the account I didn't get my drivers license returned.
*Update* It's been 10 days and I have left 2 voicemails inquiring whether or not my driver's license was mailed as requested and told that it would be. I have not received my license or a return call. This is simply confusing and unprofessional.
