They showed the item I ordered in stock on the web...
They showed the item I ordered in stock on the website, I placed my order. Four days later they called me to tell me that they do not stock the item and would I like a different brand. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked them to accept a return if their replacement item was not satisfactory as it was not what I originally ordered. She said "fine" and hung up on me... after being rude and acting like I was being unreasonable with my request. I was polite and trying to explain that the replacement was due to their error and that a restocking fee was not a fair option. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. She was "OK" at best after making excuses, but did ensure that I would not be charged an restocking fee.
I called today to get the tracking information since my order has not arrived and was supposed to be here today. After being place on hold for a few minutes the person had a hard time finding my order and then magically figured it out and stated "it was shipped two days ago". I asked for the tracking information to which she read off the number to me. I asked if she could please track the package on their system to see where it was and she replied "That is on you!, I'm busy and have tons of things going on right now."
I will update this review when/if my item arrives.
My item arrived and it was just "OK" i'm not happy with it and called to return. I spoke with the manager and this time the service was a bit better and she said they would take it back and give me a full refund. I am updating my rating from one star to two stars.
Once the refund is processed I will update this review.
