Can't say this was a good experience! It took a month to get my computer back and all I needed was to get my system running faster. Their price quote says, "prices are subject to change without notice" and they certainly followed through on that end! They were "less than honest' and had selective memory issues (pun intended) regarding what they said and what they did.... and wanted to charge me 3 times the going rate to add 2GB. Unbelievable.

And they said they would give me a good price, they did NOT.
