Second new vehicle buy at Lithia Toyota of Abilene, second positive experience. (the 2 year old response below is from purchase in 2015). I worked with Sales Consultant Kevin Baker and Finance Manager Andrew Elliot...both knocked it out of the park! I knew what I was looking for and had several vehicles chosen to assess. Kevin didn't bat an eye and we were looking at them in no time flat. He answered my questions and we were test driving a 2017 Tundra Special Edition 4X4 TSS Off-Road in short order. Test drive sealed the deal! Once inside, Kevin went out of his way to understand my needs and work the numbers, including working for ME to get a fair price on my trade. Once all side agreed on final deal, we moved to finance and I began working with Andrew Elliott. In my 40 years of buying cars, this was, without question, the BEST interaction I've had with a sales manager. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the different ways that different decisions would affect my financing. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the deal and financing provided to me. I would buy again from Lithia without a second thought! Both Kevin and Andrew should co-author a book on customer service in the the car sales industry! If I had a vote, bonuses or raises would be in the cards for both!
