One of the best hotels in the United States! Beautiful interiors, impeccable service, clean, classy and detail-oriented care. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel extra special and provided many complimentary perks. The one caveat: the sales team on the phone were less than professional when I had an issue with my bill. They were incredibly rude when I spoke to them and did not return my call disappointed.
