In over 40 years of purchasing a car, this was by far the best experience. This was due to Rhonda Coons the sales consultant we had the great fortune to deal with. Right from the beginning my husband and I felt we could trust her. She was direct, upfront and made the whole process so simple and quick. In addition, she knew Suburus inside and out. When we took delivery of the Suburu Outback we purchased, the car was immaculate which has not always been my experience. She took the time to go over every feature of the car and her presentation was excellent demonstrating her product knowledge and expertise. She was clear, organized, and presented the information in a sequential manner that made it easy to understand and answered all and any questions we had. Rhonda maintained my attention throughout the whole presentation. I hope O'Brien Suburu knows what a gem they have in Rhonda.
