Went in to get my car serviced. I came across a Salesman named Johnie Lewis. He didn't try selling me anything. In fact, because I didn't have a credit card on me he bought me a snack from the vending machine, using his personal credit card. Unfortunately, their snack machines do not accept cash. These are the types of acts most people don't know about but I wish they did.

Talk about a noble act, this guy was more concerned about me as a person than a "sale." I wish more organizations had people like Johnie working for them. I asked Johnie about the lack of new cars (Tacomas, Tundras and 4Runners) due to the Coronavirus and he gave me great information and insight. He is very knowledgeable and indeed a great person. I will absolutely buy from this guy when new cars come back to Findlay Toyota and hopefully, they will commend their employee Mr. Lewis for his excellent customer service.
