Valet stole an expensive remote that was on my key...

Valet stole an expensive remote that was on my keychain and used to open the gate and elevators at my apartment building. I called several times, and they kept putting me on hold to try and get me to hang up. Spoke with the supervisor Andrea, as well as leaving a message for another supervisor. Was told that they would call me back multiple times, and no one ever called me back. $75 dollars out of pocket to replace the remote, and Hotel Icon doesn't care at all that their valet attendees are stealing from guests. Never going here again.
