Worst phone system ever. Took 4 calls to get to the right department. Then waited in hold for almost an hour from 2:45 to aboit 3:35, just to be disconnected because phone hours end at 3:30. All I wanted to do was pay my traffic tickets and the state of VA won't take my money.... WTF?
