I attended a big event stayed a few days. There was a tray from room service left over sitting in front of my room for 2 days. (Never ordered by me it had been there since I first checked in to my room) The hairdryer from the room got so hot it turned red and popped. When I called the front desk they were rude about it as the girl hung up I could hear her say " I could care less about your damn dryer" then when maintenance came they "fixed it" but it never worked just got hot never blew air. Ended up having to switch with another rooms hairdryer.
