We have purchased two new RV's from Matt at Carolina Coach. He listened to our needs and wants like no sales person ever has before. Matt guided us to the perfect coach without any pressure. He was patient, honest and gave us great deal.
The service department is exceptionally fantastic. They worked very quickly to fix minor problems so we could leave for our trip on schedule. When we returned we had found some more minor problems. One of the problems required taking the coach to a freightliner dealer. When they learned that we had had a death in the family, they delivered the coach to freightliner for us as a courtesy. This is the best service department we have ever visited. We will definitely recommend friends and will be repeat customers!
