DON T STAY in this hotel. As a frequent business traveler, I absolutely love the Westin Hotels. However I had one of the worst hotel stay here in this hotel.

1. The hotel receptionists had no intention to help the hotel guests. I overheard a receptionist say We don t validate the parking here. I don t know how much parking costs in this garage. As a receptionist, you should know how much a parking costs- even if the parking is offered by a third party vendor. (by the way, the parking costs $45 here.) Another receptionist also did not help me. When I asked to exchange the bill to chip a housekeeper, she bluntly said we don t have dollar bills. I know you do.

2. The building is poorly maintained. I SAW A COCKROACH in my room for the first time in my many years of hotel stay. After that, I noticed many other things about this hotel. This Westin does not use aromatherapy even though any other Westin always use aromatherapy. The hotel lobby has many broken items. (See the picture below.)

3. This is a pet-friendly hotel, which does not offend me. But again NO HOTEL STAFF told us that it is a pet-friendly hotel. I was placed in the pet-friendly floor and could hear dogs barking.

I am very disappointed by this Westin hotel and will never stay here again.
