Took my truck in on Monday to be looked at I sched...

Took my truck in on Monday to be looked at I scheduled a appointment at 10am. Come 1pm I Called to see what was going on and they hadn't even looked at it yet and told me I didn't have a appointment(I have the email to prove) needless to say I kept calling and truck was never done finally 5pm it was done. Wednesday my part is in so took my truck to shop at 7am first one in line again called at 10am haven't even began to work on truck. Poor customer service!
