When I made the appointment to have my oil change, the person told me I needed to give her the VIN number of my car, which I didn't have on hand and told me to recall when I did, why? Couldn't I just give my name and have them look it up that way? When I did recall I was told it would take "About an hour". I was able to make the appointment for the day and time I wanted. When I arrived I was then told the wait was about 2 hours now. But it turned out to be a 3 hour wait. I realize they must be busy and it was more than just an oil change, but still, 3 hours? Way too long.
