I have been a customer of BMW of Sterling for almost 8 years now, and I have truly enjoyed every aspect of the dealer experience. I have two BMWs, and they are serviced exclusively at the dealership; the service has always been fast, efficient, and trouble-free. On my last visit, Eli Beavers was the service rep who coordinated the work, and he did a superb job. I'm actually looking forward to my next service visit.
