Tour was educational and I also learned I have been drinking beer incorrectly. The beer tasting was great. One suggestion would be to integrate the tasting within the tour so you don't wait an hour to taste a beer. Boulevard brewery in KC gives you two tastes during tour and two at the end. Definitely coming back in warm weather to hang outside.
