I wasn't even going to give them a star. These people are rude and cruel. After months of dealing with these uneducated people, the conclusion was that they were charging me for something that wasn't even mine!!! They need customer service training and to go back and at least get their GED. Shame on the Managers for not listening to the "recorded calls" to help them improve their staff's skill set. The managers need to take leadership courses as well.
