The worst place ever, Especially the woman clinic building
The doctors and staffs are very rude with zero humanities.
My mom had appointment today at 3 pm We arrived at 3 pm. I know we supposed to arrive earlier but we were confused with buildings anyway She checked in and they asked her to wait for her turn.
She waited 30 minutes then they called her in. And when we got inside of the patient room. The nurse told her the doctor can t see today we have to schedule you for other day because you arrived late !! And I told her what you talking about ?? Her about at 3pm and we arrived at 3 o clock . She said Yes but her Checking times was 2:45
I told her we came from far away could you plz help us out
She like: No I can t with very rude attitude
I m: why then you guys keep her waiting 30 minutes for no reason ?? you could just told her that from the beginning instead of wasting our times
She said sorry the doctor want it to be like that
Anyway the clinic was very bad and the staff there wasn t professional
And honestly I feel myself Like I was at the border not in USA
