Like an idiot I began remodeling my house before I had a mortgage. Once the bathroom was ripped out I couldn't get one. I met Dan by chance when he stopped to admire my 1952 Dodge Powerwagon parked on the street and to tell me that he had one too. We talked trucks for an hour before I inquired what he did. He responded humbly, "Oh, I'm just a local mortgage broker." From that moment on all my problems disappearred. Dan secured me a great mortgage at low interest, and a line of credit. He made everything effortless for me. I couldn't believe it. I've referred two other friends to him who he's helped equally well, and I've earned their undying gratitude. He's a 100%-effort-on-your-behalf kind of guy. Easy to talk to and totally honest. They don't make too many like him.
