Worst experience with their billing phone line. They messed up my billing statement, i paid the bill, and they send me the same amount in statement again, and my family paid it again. When we found out duplicated payment one week later, I called them, and the billing lady Charlie was so rude, assume me not paying their bill, and hold my duplicated payment not return to me. Not sure what I should do next ....
