AVOID!! Went in on a Friday to buy two specific cars. Had everything ready to go for them and the first transaction went fine (or so I thought). I went back Monday for the second car and the Sales Director Dennis came in a treated me like I had stolen the last car. Apparently their guys hadn't sent a Purchase Order to my credit union nor had they asked me to take one in. He told me to drive to the bank right then and there and bring him His Money or he was going to send our sales guy to pick up the car right then and there. He didn't explain what was happening, just that I had HIS MONEY and he was gonna get it from me with a shakedown. I thought he was joking at first because of how rude and harsh he was being. It really felt like a Mob shake down. I told him I didn't understand what the issue was and thought it was taken care of. I was there to buy ANOTHER vehicle. He told me he did not have to sell me the other vehicle and he wanted his money NOW. Apparently his floor manager and Finance guy both let me walk away with their car without finishing the deal and I was unaware. But they all blamed it on me and that I said I was going to take care of everything which is false. I had only told them that I was already pre approved and didn't want them to run my credit. They dropped the ball and lost the sale. Had they asked me to check on financing because they hadn't seen any updates, I could have called right then and there and settled it. But they were so rude and unclear about the situation, that I walked off. Once I calmed down, I was able to fix the issue in 10 MINUTES WITH ONE PHONE CALL to my credit union. It was nonsense. I will never recommend anyone to go in there. There is no point. The sales guys (with the exception of Steven) look and act very unprofessional, the management is rude and the director has absolutely no people skills. I am shocked they sell any cars at all. I ended up shopping at Alamo Toyota. The difference in professionalism was night and day. AVOID THIS PLACE.
