Called this firm to handle a speeding ticket for me. The first time I called I was transferred to Rachel to leave a voicemail. I did so and did not get a call back. I called again and was able to speak with her, explained the situation and had everything set up for them to appear in court for me. Prior to the court date she emailed me a waiver to sign, which I signed and returned and requested confirmation that it was received. I have not heard a word from them since. My court date was a week ago and I haven't even heard the results. I'm honestly not even sure if they went at this point. Will continue to reach out.
