I've been using OrderUp for a while now, but their service has gone down. No wonder why they have restaurants dropping from them left and right. Their customer service team doesn't know what customer service even means. When a loyal customer's food is delivered with a driver that reeks of cigarette smoke so bad the food smells like it just took a bath in cancer and the customer reaches out to the company they shouldn't have to wait over an hour for an answer from "support". An issue like this should have been followed up with a phone call, not just a generic email.

I'm glad the company is being bought out by GrubHub. It's going to be hard work for GrubHub to rebuild the customer base that OrderUp so badly messed up, but it could be done.
