I have to say we had an excellent experience, but I am giving a score of 4 due to being mislead by the Shangri-La reservation team. I was told I would be receiving a $50 credit per night for our 2 night stay as well as our 1 night stay when returned to Shangri-La after our cruise. Once we checked in, we were told we would only receive a $50 per reservation. This was very disappointing considering we had to reserve the room for 2 night, but we did not get in until 9AM for the "first" night. We were told Shangri-La did not offer a discounted charge for "early"check-in. Our flights came in at 6AM and 8AM. We did receive an upgrade due to not actually spending the entire night. Then we were told we would not receive a $50 credit for the 2nd reservation because it was for only 1 night. Definitely false information given to your clients. I would highly recommend your hotel, but I would warn clients to double check any bonuses/credits that are offered through your reservation department.
