Level 2 restaurant area can be warm when it's full house. Asked the manager and they told us its the maximum they can lower the temperature to even though there were guests perspiring.

Staff are not as attentive compared to hotels as we have to constantly ask them to top up drinks and beverages.

Physical design of the level 2 dining area means that groups of guests are unable to see the projector screen unless they stand up or move from their tables.
