We stayed a family group of 15 including adults and kids. Over experience was. Or good. We expected the hotel to be of a good standard or maybe cause we compare it to Dubai Hotels. Slow service in all areas including restaurants, pool area, beach, etc.. breakfast food range was not great. Breakfast area was not clean, dirty and not cleaned properly after people have breakfast. Coffee didn t taste good. Toilets inside rooms was smelly like sewage smell in all our 5 rooms. Internet not available everywhere and very slow. Some staff members were friendly. Overall won t come here again and won t recommend specially for paying this price and not getting the money worth back. Even water on the beach you don t get and towels you have to have a card to exchange towel with.
