I am supposed to collect my order (PBS9050936) FROM CHIJ (OLQP) on 27 Dec. I called up your company to check if I can collect my order earlier but was told by one of your staff that it was not possible. So I ask if I can collect on the 28 Dec (Sat).

Your staff called up the bookshop auntie, called back to meand confirmed that I can collect my order on 28 Dec as they will be ope opened from 9am to 12pm.

Today I went to the school to collect my order but was told by the security guard that the bookshop is closed. I called up your office and your staff actually gave me the wrong information and I have made a wasted trip down to the school.

As a service provider, I think it is appropriate for your company to inform us, the customer, of any changes.

I am very disappointed in the service rendered by your company and the staff who served me on the 18 Dec (Wednesday).
