I an subtracting a star for food. I had dinner in their best restaurant. I had a wagyu beef filet that I literally could not chew and had to spit out. Not so good for $80.
Both of the breakfast buffets serve the same food, both quite mediocre. Cold food that should have been hot, unimaginative selection.
The wait staff was terrible all but one lovely woman in the Italian restaurant. Our "expensive dinner was a medly of empty plates left on the table for a long time.
The beauty of the lake can not be beat.
