It is fun for the kids but for essential purposes it is a waste of time and money. We were near Springfield, MA and the children wanted to visit the hall of fame. It isn't that impressive from my point of view but the kids loved it. One good news is, it doesn't take that long. Even with the kids trying out different activities it took us less than 2 hours and we were done. If you have other activities for the kids I'd recommend you do those before going here. If you have nothing else going on then do it, at least the kids (and the kid in you) will love it.
