Recently dropped off my vehicle for basic service ...

Recently dropped off my vehicle for basic service atleast I thought was basic. Advised the service agent I had a nail in tire around the edge of tire that could NOT be repaired as it was on the outer edge of tire and also need oil change. This took almost 5 HOURS with a APPOINTMENT!!! Not only did it take 5 hours my TIRE didn't get replaced and now I must take it back and wait again while taking more time off work ! That is unacceptable
