The company I work for bought one of these printers and for the first year this thing worked like a charm, but then the SERVICE ERROR message started cropping up at random times...the ERROR message persisted and this in turn led to daily visits from a technician.
***UPDATE***
Not 24 hours after making this post an associate from CBS stopped by the office and together we discussed the issue mention previously. Mr. Nall was understanding of our frustration, accepting of my sense of humor and only interested in having this problem resolved.
More importantly, Mr. Nall believed he had identified the service code well in advance of our meeting and not long after departing a technician arrived with part in hand which was quickly put into place. No more error code. This is an aspect of customer care that holds weight with people like me.
I thank CBS for rectifying the issue and I feel confident in recommending their services to others. Thank you again!
