I am thoroughly satisfied with my service experience at Sill-Terhar Motors. Zayne Tatro addressed all of my concerns in detail and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was prompt in all communications, kept me informed of progress regarding the repair. and ensured that I was happy with the end results. He also arranged a loaner car that fit my family comfortably while the my vehicle was being serviced.
With three small kiddos, this was very important. The valet delivery option made the process seamless. I am very happy with how my Navigator is functioning now and would highly recommend working with this dealership.
