In my professional opinion this was by far the most horrible experience I have ever had. I was new to the temp to perm. Went through the typical process, was beyond harassed by the recruiter to the point it was annoying, they are extremely responsive when it is for there needs. Was placed with what seemed to be a great company or maybe just the same was told it was a temp to perm. The direct manager there was never considering myself of the other temp as she went ahead and hired outside full time employees, had a conversation with the manager and her words were. Well I am interviewing and looking for the best best for me and my team while I have already been there for two months. I decided to end my contact as I believe an good employee who clearly knows their time is just being wasted. Then the wonderful grey smith companies decided to hold my finally pay, which is completely illegal and there response was it was sent via check, when in fact I wasn t paid by check. They define the true statement if it benefits them they are on it. This is just my opinion and my experience, coming from a very strong people background I would not recommend them at all.
